Modular Solutions, ltd was selected as the team to build this new permanent head start facility “off-site”.  The building is prefabricated, but has all of the finishes of a site built structure.   There is concrete, split face block, steel, stucco.  All of the appeal of a mixed modern material construction design.  The interior finishes also included upgrades such as custom doors and wood work, huge storage features, and sliding wall doors to the exterior.  This type of open learning environment allows the children to have hands on creative learning experiences.  We also provided a garage complete with roll up door for their tricycle path and equipment parking.
