The Arizona Department of Housing has issued a consumer fraud alert for the state of Arizona.   Arizona Department of Housing regulates and oversees all factory built structures that are installed in Arizona.   The agency has seen a high reporting of fraudulent sales practices or consumers that are not aware of the regulations purchasing a “deal” on line or in the marketplace.

M-9A License

Modular Solutions manufactures IRC residential and IBC commercial modular buildings.  Modular Solutions holds an M-9A specialty license to operate and manufacture IRC and IBC factory built structures.   If a websites or sales person can not share a copy of their  M-9A license in Arizona, that may be warning sign.

D-12 License

Modular Solutions also hold a D-12 Master dealer license.  This ensures we have been trained and are aware of the requirement to sell and install a modular IRC home or commercial factory built building here in Arizona.  If the company you are working with does not have a D8, D10, or D12 specialty license perhaps you should continue to research or reconsider your purchase options.

I-10G License

Modular Solutions also has a I-10G “Master-installer” license.   This enables our team to provide full and complete service for the installation of your IRC modular home or your commercial IBC factory built modular building.  Installation of a modular building is highly specialized, and requires approved foundation plans, permits, and inspections from the Arizona Department of Housing.   Modular Solutions has been providing turnkey delivery & installation solutions since 1996.

B-General Contractor License

Modular Solutions also holds a “B” General contracting and a B-1 Residential General contracting license.   With “B”  licenses we are able to provide any and all site work required for your new IRC modular home or your IBC factory built commercial structure.  We can provide things like porches, awnings, roadways, foundations, even landscape.   All the finishing touches that make your new IRC modular home or IBC factory built building a beautiful and complete structure.   It is great to have a site manager and project manager that communicate the details, and share photographic documentation of your project through the entire project.  Constant communication and effective project management are earmarks to why Modular Solutions is the builder of choice in Arizona.  Sometimes a general contractor will not understand that a B general contracting license in the state of Arizona does NOT replace the requirement for all of the specialty licensing above.  (M-9A, D12, I-10G).   The general contracting license only allows a contractor to supervise and contract for the necessary site work improvements.

Architectural Firm License

In addition to our proper factory built licensing,  Modular Solutions also is a licensed architectural firm.  This allows Modular Solutions to take a project for a new modular IRC home or an IBC commercial project from inception through close out and warranty.   By being involved in the early stages of your purchasing decision Modular Solutions will offer our experience, and advise you each step of the process.  We understand that everyone has extremely busy lifestyles now, and by offering a more turnkey approach our clients are able to enjoy their new facility and still manage everything else that has to sill happen.

The Arizona Department of Housing has issued the fraud alert in their newsletters and on their website because this seems to be a growing concern.  We do not want you to be one of the casualties that spent your entire savings or got a mortgage on a home or commercial building that you can not occupy.   Modular Solutions, ltd is a LOCAL Arizona family owned company.  We have been in business since 1996.  Our projects range from 80 Sq. Ft. Guard houses, to Multi-story facilities.  Our team is here to help, and will always do what is right.
