While there are many modular companies across the USA, most modular factories “assemble” parts and pieces bought from foreign countries (to keep costs down), and then put the modular building together here in the USA.   Under federal procurement laws this is not really a “made-in-the-USA” modular building.

Modular Solutions, Ltd is a factory direct modular manufacturer, that has held a GSA contract since 2000.  With the new push for enforcement of the “buy-american” act, we have a great supply chain of toilets, sinks, wall covering, finishes, door hardware, etc that are all manufactured here in the USA.

We also focus on finding products and components that are “off-the-shelf-ready” and easy to find if you need replacement parts in the years to come.  By offering components made in the USA we may not always be the LOWEST BID, but contracting officers can be assured they are getting a modular building with high quality components that can be easily maintained, and a building that follows federal guidelines for meeting the procurement requirements.
