Modular Solutions helps a local Arizona school district find great employees but providing modular four plex employee housing.  The homes are built to the IRC code with advanced life safety features like fire sprinklers and safety egress.  The mechanical units and appliances are all energy star rated and will offer operational savings to the owners and tenants to help keep the monthly fees lower.  The homes are family oriented offering three bedrooms, so that the Dishchii’Bikoh (cibicue) community school an Arizona public school district, can attract families that will also attend the school and contribute to community.  This project utilized cooperative procurement to get the best value.  Modular Solutions team provided housing that blended in with the pines and surrounding landscape.  Modular Solutions site team was able to save much of the existing landscape for an undisturbed site feeling.  The new four plex units will house up to 12 new teacher families and help their lives be enriched by living local where they work.
